Seriously. Nothing has pissed me off more tonight than seeing all of these “this wouldn’t have happened if we address climate change” tweets.
Yes, climate change is an important issue.
No, during the storm where people are without power, in danger, and have even died IS NOT THE TIME TO START FUCKING SAYING ‘I TOLD YOU SO’ AND POLITICIZING THIS WHOLE DAMN THING.
Give it a day. Wait and make sure we have gotten people through this emergency safely. Then get on your damn soapbox and tell everyone about climate change. But right now your issue is not more important than the people in danger in the storm.
If you want to be a tasteless asshole, go be a republican.
