Every Friday my dad, @stevecurtis, hosts a coffee at his work where people from the neighborhood, artists, teachers, business owners and local government employees come to drink coffee, eat donuts and talk about whatever they want. He’s a community organizer who spends most of his day painting murals, planting gardens, and working in the parks. Over the last year he worked to open ‘Epic Clay Studio’ a clay studio in the community that works with kids from the blind school to make art and offer classes to kids in the community.
